  1. We only accept return for items with manufacturing mistakes - Free of Charge shipping applicable for online customer
  2. Exchange only applicable regarding size problems if products are still available
  3. Simply email us to [email protected] within 7 days prior to purchase date with receipt or after you received the product. Please provide details information and we will do our best to fix it
  4. Returns only acceptable after we response to your email
  5. Items should be returned new, unused and complete with all the packaging
  6. Returns or Exchange that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer
  7. All the following policies are not applied to Sale items. All Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
